HR App Privacy Policy
This policy explains how HR App handles information on your device and in optional cloud features.
1. What data the app can store
HR App can store the information that you enter, including profile records, identity document records, employer records, event records, attendance records, daily attendance records, payslip records, and related notes.
2. How the data is used
The data is used only to provide app features such as payroll, reminders, attendance, trend analysis, backup and restore, login, subscription access, and support handling.
3. Local storage and cloud storage
By default, data is stored locally on your device. If you log in and use subscribed cloud backup features, account records, cloud backup data, and in-app feedback data may also be stored in Firebase services.
4. Analytics
Anonymous analytics are turned off by default. They are collected only if you manually enable them in Settings. While analytics are off, no analytics data is collected or backfilled.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Subscription billing is handled by Google Play. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription entitlement status. Deleting your HR App account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
6. Service providers
HR App may rely on Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Google Play, and RevenueCat to provide account, cloud backup, feedback, and subscription functions. Data is not sold to advertisers.
7. Access, correction, export, and deletion
You can review, update, export, import, or delete local data in the app. If you are signed in, you can also delete your account from the in-app Settings page. You may additionally contact support for access, correction, privacy, or deletion requests.
8. Retention
Certain records may be retained for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, or legal compliance before final deletion.

隐私政策
本政策说明 HR App 如何处理你设备上的信息，以及可选云端功能涉及的数据。
1. 应用可能保存的数据
HR App 会保存你主动录入的数据，包括个人信息、证件、雇主、事件、考勤、考勤日报、 工资单及相关备注等记录。
2. 数据用途
这些数据仅用于提供应用功能，例如薪资处理、提醒、考勤、趋势分析、备份还原、 登录、订阅权限及问题支持。
3. 本地与云端存储
默认情况下，数据保存在你的本机设备中。若你登录并使用订阅版云端备份功能，账号档案、 云端备份数据及应用内反馈数据也可能保存在 Firebase 服务中。
4. 匿名统计
匿名统计默认关闭，只有你在设置中手动开启后才会收集。关闭期间不会收集，也不会补发历史统计。
5. 支付与订阅
订阅扣费由 Google Play 处理，RevenueCat 用于管理订阅权益状态。删除 HR App 账号不会自动取消 Google Play 订阅。
6. 服务提供方
HR App 可能依赖 Firebase Authentication、Firestore、Google Play 和 RevenueCat 提供账号、 云端备份、反馈和订阅功能。我们不会向广告商出售你的数据。
7. 访问、更正、导出与删除
你可以在应用内查看、修改、导出、导入或删除本地数据。若你已登录，也可以在应用设置中删除账号。 如需访问、更正、隐私或删除方面的协助，也可以联系支持邮箱。
8. 保留期限
出于安全、反欺诈、争议处理、备份完整性或法律合规等正当理由，部分记录在最终删除前可能会保留一段时间。
